Job Summary
A contact center is filling a position for a Virtual Sales and Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answering calls on behalf of clients
- Assisting with billing questions, changes or cancellation of services, and more
- Handling inquiries on the status of an order, troubleshooting services, etc
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience
- One year of sales experience required if you want to be considered for a Sales position
- Must have your own PC (less than six years old) and high speed Internet service
- Telephone (landline or cell) is required for part of your training and team calls
- Must be computer/Internet savvy, comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously
