Job Summary
An online retailer has an open position for a Virtual Sales and Service Team Trainer in Orem.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing and developing training materials for virtual classroom use
- Developing and conducting virtual new hire onboarding training, as well as other training
- Leading virtual classroom training and monitoring new employee training
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years experience as a trainer in a classroom or degree in a learning & development field
- Proven ability to create training materials using basic instructional design methods
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills before large groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
