Virtual Sales Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Sales Assistant (Independent Contractor) to support their Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Reaching out to new leads using a provided script and scheduling appointments for Account Executives
• Conducting bi-weekly check-ins with partners to identify needs and provide support
• Following up with clients to send reminders and ensure attendance for scheduled appointments

Required Qualifications

• Independent Contractor / Freelancer status (Outside the U.S. welcome)
• Preferred experience in sales support, lead generation, or customer service
• Near-perfect English (native or fluent) with a neutral accent
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
