Job Summary

Supporting multiple Territory Sales Representatives, the part-time Virtual Sales Associate will manage inbound leads, qualify sales opportunities, and assist with transactional accounts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and qualify inbound leads from small and mid-market accounts, conducting initial discovery to understand customer needs
  • Progress smaller, transactional opportunities through the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned prospects, providing timely responses and ensuring a professional customer experience
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, business development, or customer operations
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Experience with inbound lead management or inside sales
  • Ability to support multiple sales representatives and manage various opportunities
  • Familiarity with selling to small or mid-market customers
