Job Summary

A computer software company specializing in call center solutions is in need of a Virtual Sales Development Engagement Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and maintain the sales engagement strategy
  • Analyze results of that engagement strategy
  • Work on incremental, positive changes of the strategy

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience using a sales engagement platform (Outreach, Salesloft, Groove, etc)
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics
  • 4+ years of experience building reports, identifying trends, and adjusting strategy based on those trends
  • Familiarity and experience using A/B Testing
  • Familiarity using reporting and analytics dashboards
