Job Summary

A health technology company is seeking a Virtual Salesforce Engineering Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensure the engineering team follows best practices, design standards and coding patterns
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce development
  • Be a sounding board for engineering team to ensure solutions are following best practices

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years hands-on development experience & architecting solutions in the salesforce platform
  • 8+ years of software development or related experience
  • 2+ years in a managerial capacity managing Salesforce engineers preferably in an ISV environment
  • Lightning Aura/LWC development, Apex, Visualforce experience
  • Strong background in Salesforce SaaS/CRM platform as well as PaaS/developer platform
