Job Summary

A technology firm is filling a position for a Virtual Salesforce Senior Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs
  • Complete code-dependent actions and change requests
  • Interact with application development teams and customer-facing specialists

Qualifications Include:

  • 5 years experience developing for or supporting a Salesforce.com product or services
  • Professional experience with supporting or developing applications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science major or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Discipline, integrity, attention to detail and problem solving skills are a pre-requisite to be successful in this role
