Job Summary

A school has a current position open for a Virtual School Office Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and email to current and prospective clients
  • Report system malfunctions to the software team, follows up with parents and teachers
  • Maintain and update enrollment and prospective enrollment data

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum Associates degree or 1-2 years of office experience
  • Computer savvy
  • Understanding of the general structure and dependencies of the web application
  • Basic computer troubleshooting skills
