Job Summary
A school has a current position open for a Virtual School Office Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and email to current and prospective clients
- Report system malfunctions to the software team, follows up with parents and teachers
- Maintain and update enrollment and prospective enrollment data
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum Associates degree or 1-2 years of office experience
- Computer savvy
- Understanding of the general structure and dependencies of the web application
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills
- Quick learning skills
- Highly organized and motivated, ability to multi-task and prioritize in dynamic, fast paced environment
