Job Summary

A human resource technology provider has an open position for a Virtual Seasonal Customer Experience Champion.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering questions and troubleshooting issues
  • Offering world-class email, phone and web support to customer
  • Providing design consultations with customers seeking advice about our product

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
  • An engaging personality with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with browser-based tools
  • Great time-management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • An independent critical thinker with outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Happy to multi-task across multiple communication platforms
