A human resource technology provider has an open position for a Virtual Seasonal Customer Experience Champion.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering questions and troubleshooting issues
- Offering world-class email, phone and web support to customer
- Providing design consultations with customers seeking advice about our product
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
- An engaging personality with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with browser-based tools
- Great time-management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- An independent critical thinker with outstanding problem-solving skills
- Happy to multi-task across multiple communication platforms
