Job Summary
A tuition-free fully accredited online public school system is seeking a Virtual Secondary Math Teacher in Texas.
Must be able to:
- Support the instructional program with weekly synchronous and asynchronous web conferencing sessions
- Provide individualized support through the LiveTutor program
- Complete all grading by providing personalized feedback on assignments
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree secured
- Highly qualified and certified to teach Secondary Math courses (grades 6-12)
- Must hold a valid TX teaching certificate
- Willingness and ability to obtain certification in other states as requested
- High degree of flexibility, especially regarding grade level course assignments
- Able to work a full-time shift that covers core business hours, from 10 am - 4 pm eastern time with the ability to work some occasional evening hours, as needed, to support some families
