Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Security Engineering Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assessing new and changing security needs and selects the right tools for those needs
- Building more complex tools, techniques, and scripts to automate and speed up tasks
- Configuring security tools in accordance to device owners policies and specifications
Qualifications Include:
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 3 - 5 Years of Information Security/ Infrastructure Protection experience
- Must be able to research, evaluate, and recommend new or improved information security software and tools
- Must be able to maintains availability of security technologies, including but not limited to IDS/IPS, DLP, syslog, vulnerability scanners
