Job Summary

A content delivery network needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Security Product Senior Backend Engineer.

Must be able to:

• Maintain and expand security program features
• Build systems that will be able to handle exponential growth in existing products
• Software engineering web application firewall specific features

Qualifications for this position include:

• Knowledge of web application security technologies like mod_security
• Knowledge of the Ruby language, in particular JSON API development and maintenance
• Experience with the C language
• Someone who can improve the reliability and efficiency of fault-tolerant distributed systems
• The ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams
