Job Summary

A commercial security company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Security Technical Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Communicating directly with customers
  • Analyzing facts and data from the customer to determine next steps in call resolution
  • Representing the organization daily though customer contact and relationship-building

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to type 35 WPM, corrected speed
  • Knowledge of, and ability to perform, basic computer skills
  • Experience with MS Office, Excel, email, Adobe and Windows based programs
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to demonstrate professional verbal and email communication skills
  • Work M – F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Mountain time
