Job Summary

An accounting and financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Senior Accountant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations
  • Preparing customer invoices using QBO
  • Entering vendor bills via Bill.com

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 5 years of full-time accounting experience at a public accounting firm
  • 5 years of experience using QuickBooks Online to prepare financial statements (
  • Certified QuickBooks Online Advance ProAdvisor
  • Experience complying with complex invoice submission instructions
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
