Job Summary
A commercial real estate services and investment firm is in need of a Virtual Senior Accountant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze records of financial transactions to determine accuracy and completeness of entries
- Close month-end accounting books
- Prepare income statements, balance sheets and various other accounting statements or financial reports
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years professional level accounting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
- Comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
