Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Virtual Senior Amazon Web Services Full Stack Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Refactoring legacy modules to follow best practices and patterns
  • Working with other engineers to architect new features to meet market demands and drive the success of the business
  • Putting time in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript running in the browser as well as on the server side with Java, Ruby, Python, and Node.js

Qualifications Include:

  • Computer Science / Computer Engineering background, whether formal (Bachelor's +) or real world (demonstrated experience)
  • Experience building or architecting scalable systems
  • Strength in algorithms and design patterns
  • Several years of Java development experience or equivalent
  • Several years of JavaScript and Node.js development experience or equivalent
  • Experience with agile methodologies
