Job Summary

An information management and electronic commerce systems company has an open position for a Virtual Senior Call Reporting Application Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating the implementation and training of new software and modifications
  • Assisting with conversion activities for new clients and existing clients adding additional products and services
  • Researching product issues or problems, propose product changes, updates, and procedures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent work experience accompanied with a High School Diploma/GED
  • 5 years of experience supporting Credit Union application systems, and financial institution accounting
  • Any other applicable experience
