Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Virtual Senior Client Service Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring client satisfaction for assigned caseload
- Producing and delivering accurate client quarterly valuations
- Managing Daily Asset/Liability reconciliation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ years experience administering Non-Qualified deferred compensation plans
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience in Relius Administration and Crystal Reports software programs
- Knowledge of day-to-day retirement plan administration practices
