Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Senior Cloud Infrastructure Platform Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Be responsible for designing, building, configuring, documenting, and deploying infrastructure and systems
- Serve by participating in the rotation for on-call duties with other team members
- Be responsible for supporting, monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting infrastructure with a focus on automated solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required, preferably in computer science or technology management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role, supporting IT infrastructure in a complex environment
- Minimum of 2 years working in cloud environment, AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong understanding of virtual servers, cloud-native applications, networks, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
