Job Summary
A contract research organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Senior Contract and Grants Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Ensure the successful negotiation and on-going management of clinical trial agreements with investigative sites
- Review and evaluate client requested contract changes and based upon department guidelines escalates deviations as appropriate
- Appraise contracts for completeness and accuracy and ensures adherence to department guidelines
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent
- 1 to 3 years experience with contracts
- Read write and speak fluent English
- Familiarity with clinical contracts
- Experience in relevant areas involving contracts, negotiation, or sales
- Familiarity with working in service industry or project management environment
