A technology company has an open position for a Virtual Senior Development Operations Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Impacting every aspect of products
- Building highly scalable, highly available systems that support our fully Docker-based architecture
- Managing the staging-to-production pipeline,
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Advanced knowledge of server and networking fundamentals
- 4 years of experience in building and managing infrastructure in as automated a fashion as possible, using tools such as Vagrant, Ansible, Docker, etc.
- Proficient in commonly used scripting languages (bash, Python, etc.) for tasks such as automating deployments, creating backups, and monitoring infrastructure
- Knowledge of, or demonstrable ability to learn Docker
- A strong architecture mindset
- Ability to adapt easily to meet the needs of diverse set of products
