Job Summary
An automotive company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Senior Digital Service Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Installing website integration, CRM templates, and workflows
- Engaging CRM and website vendors on behalf of the dealership to ensure successful installation
- Assisting with dealer needs and offering creative solutions to help them reach their business and sales objectives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel 5% of the time
- 5+ years retail automotive experience in dealership with an emphasis in the E-commerce area
- Hands-on experience in editing and updating dealership websites via a backend tool and basic HTML coding knowledge
- Experience in a customer focused, account management, revenue driven environment
- Proven experience and ability to analyze customer problems and trends to offer suggestions and recommendations for improvement and success
- Strong knowledge and experience with business software applications including MS Office Suite
