Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Virtual Senior Field Operations Team Human Resources Business Partner in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Must be able to:
- Provide management coaching and training where needed to front-line managers and senior leaders
- Assist with new initiatives and projects including compensation strategy, performance management, talent management, and career development
- Assist with projects such as diversity, employee engagement and recognition programs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in human resource management
