Job Summary
A recruitment process outsourcing company has an open position for a Virtual Senior Full Cycle Transportation or Warehouse Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates
- Implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate
Position Requirements Include:
- Participating in client meetings
- Experience in filling high volume (Non-Exempt) and/or niche hard-to-fill (Exempt) positions
- Minimum of 2 years' recent full cycle recruitment experience in the Transportation/Warehouse Industry
