Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Virtual Senior Full Stack Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Advancing a new generation of sea level rise maps and tools, on back and front ends
  • Leading cloud migration efforts and improve research-to-product pipeline
  • Creating web visualizations to supplement scientific research publications

Qualifications Include:

  • This job requires working in our Princeton, NJ headquarters at least once per week
  • 5 to 10 years experience
  • Experience with cloud computing services (Amazon Web Services, or similar)
  • Strong Linux experience
  • Programming languages: JavaScript (ES2015), Python 2.7, SQL
  • Database experience: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar (we use Postgres)
