Job Summary
A national mortgage originator and servicer has an open position for a Virtual Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coaching management on performance management and other associate-related issues
- Interpreting and counseling management on company policies, procedures, associate issues, and federal and state employment laws
- Auditing, maintaining, and analyzing employee data in the HRIS system to keep associate data up to date
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years acting as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Proven experience coaching and counseling all levels of staff on a wide variety of issues
- Passion for and experience with analytical and innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Experience working with a multi-state, multi-site employer
