Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Virtual Senior Implementation Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact to manage multiple clients needs
  • Manage and troubleshoot customer requests
  • Establish procedures and best practices for implementation processes

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years experience as an Implementation Specialist or TAM
  • Experience with email integrations and implementations
  • Previous knowledge working with SendGrid
  • Familiar with windows server admin and exchange server
  • Prior experience with ATS, CRM or other integrations
  • Must meet all other listed company requirements
