Job Summary
A professional training and coaching company has a current position open for a Virtual Senior Instructional Designer.
Must be able to:
- Quickly grasp and internalize project key goals
- Oversee the analysis and design process
- Develop strategic client relations with client partners to executive level personnel
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the Instructional Design process
- Demonstrated ability to design highly creative, quality and innovative learning solutions
- Demonstrated ability to leading teams and mentoring other Instructional Designers
- Experience working with project team, subject matter experts and executive level personnel
- 8+ years of previous experience in instructional analysis, design and development
- 5+ years of leadership experience
