Job Summary

A pet healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Senior Intellectual Property Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting R&D and the business with worldwide patent prosecution and portfolio management of various technologies
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on various forms of IP agreements
• Working closely with others in the Legal Department in the support of litigation related to IP claims

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in Chemical, Biochemical or Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• 6+ years relevant experience in a law firm or corporate setting
• Juris Doctor (JD) required, licensed in any US State
