Job Summary

A pharmaceutical research organization has a current position open for a Virtual Senior Learning Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate, document, and/or provide expert development and delivery of learning products and services
• Develop varied support materials, presentations, training programs, etc
• Lead initiatives and projects that mature key learning program capabilities

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years)
• In-depth knowledge of project management standards and practices
• Strong consultancy skills and ability to positively influence business outcomes
• Comprehensive ability to translate complex issues into business solutions
• Computer proficiency with MS Office, virtual training delivery platforms, and learning design software
