Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Senior Medical Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Mentor staff to ensure an appropriate level of understanding
• Provide scientific/clinical oversight for projects
• Manage subject safety and the scientific integrity of clinical trials

Qualifications Include:

• Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%)
• Doctorate degree in medicine
• significant clinical experience in the practice of specific therapeutic area medicine
• A strong understanding of the use of medical terminology and of drug-names in multiple nations and environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, voicemail and smartphone
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, communication and language skills, and group presentation skills
