Job Summary

A global healthcare company is in need of a Virtual Senior Microsoft Intune Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Designing and supporting migration of current suite of products to new tools
  • Managing internal and external process documentation
  • Building internal support documents to capture steps used for issue identification, resolution and support reference

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience with managing applications in Azure
  • Comfortable with native MSFT GPO functionality and policy management via Intune
  • In-depth knowledge and/or hands-on experience with MSFT Intune/AppLocker/SCCM
  • In-depth understanding of Windows profiles and application settings
  • Windows Functionality Process – Boot, Logon, Process Start/Stop
  • Basic network skills and troubleshooting
