Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Virtual Senior Operations Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Investigating known error conditions, and following prescribed error correction procedures
• Recognizing abnormal processing conditions
• Making use of available documentation to resolve errors

Qualifications Include:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Typically requires seven or more years of experience as a product support specialist and/or a billable consultant
• Highly-skilled with extensive proficiency
• Knowledge of client’s objectives and business priorities and Fidelity’s role in achieving them
• Knowledge of costs/benefit implications of products and services
• Ability to understand the real need behind the client’s stated need
