Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Virtual Senior Organizational Development and Learning Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with CoE to understand operational delivery of HR programs and services
- Serving as key HR Operations partner to the CoE on the build and delivery of programs, policies and other strategic initiatives
- Identifying opportunities for program and plan improvements and making recommendations
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 to 7 years relevant experience with enterprise programs in Performance Management, Organizational Development and Learning, and employee engagement
- Demonstrated experience in leading large scale projects
- Significant experience in gathering business requirements
- Experience in development and leadership of test plans
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
