Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Virtual Senior Organizational Development and Learning Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with CoE to understand operational delivery of HR programs and services
  • Serving as key HR Operations partner to the CoE on the build and delivery of programs, policies and other strategic initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities for program and plan improvements and making recommendations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5 to 7 years relevant experience with enterprise programs in Performance Management, Organizational Development and Learning, and employee engagement
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large scale projects
  • Significant experience in gathering business requirements
  • Experience in development and leadership of test plans
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
