Job Summary
A consumer services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Senior Pest Control Services Customer Service Representative in Glendale.
Must be able to:
- Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns
- Act as customer contact regarding pricing and scheduling
- Handle customer calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to use a personal computer or CRT
- High school diploma or GED
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Broadband internet with ability to hardwire via an Ethernet cable
