Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Virtual Senior Platform DevOps Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Act as the DevOps lead for the platform team
- Own the platform pipelines from build, test and publish to deployment and monitoring in production
- Efficiently manage cloud resources to control costs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years in a DevOps or equivalent role
- Ability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Demonstrated experience delivering scalable and secure cloud-based services to large scale production
- Proficient programming / scripting languages to automate repeatable processes
- Extensive experience using AWS systems, infrastructure and automation tools
- Solid background in building microservice-based cloud-based SaaS platforms
