Job Summary

A global risk management company is seeking a Virtual Senior Privacy Counsel.

Must be able to:

Daft, review and negotiate data processing agreements per direct supervision of the AVP and International Privacy Officer
Advise company personnel on routine legal issues, trends, and risks per data processing agreements
Consult with the AVP and International Privacy Officer and Legal to determine impact and risk

Qualifications Include:

Minimum of 4 years of legal experience, in a law firm or corporate law department
Juris Doctor (JD) required; Current license to practice law in a US jurisdiction
Able to monitor and analyze emerging privacy and data protection guidance
Ability to evaluate complex legal and regulatory issues and recommend solutions
Able to monitor and analyze emerging privacy and data protection guidance
Ability to handle a diverse set of issues and provide a high level of customer service
