Job Summary
A media company has a current position open for a Virtual Senior Product Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead editorial- and audience-facing projects on the platform
- Gather and synthesize user research with often disparate input from editorial and executive stakeholders
- Work with colleagues in engineering, design, and research to turn those goals into executable plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience as a product manager with a deep understanding of user-centered design
- Ability to communicate with engineers, designers, and other product team staff
- Ability to quickly and confidently make decisions when it’s called for
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- An understanding of remote culture and how to support a distributed team
- Unfailingly respectful and empathetic attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile for others
