Job Summary

A travel company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Senior Proposal Writer in Minneapolis.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining primary responsibility of multinational and global RFIs and RFPs
• Coordinating with SMEs, financial analysts, legal and other key stakeholders
• Handling end-to-end project management, from RFP receipt to client delivery

Qualifications Include:

• Knowledge of the travel industry
• Previous proposal writing experience at relevant TMC or TMCs
• Proficient with RFP automation tools
• Proficient in MS Office (full suite) and Adobe InDesign (required)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Clear understanding of market landscape
