A technology and marketing company is seeking a Virtual Senior Ruby on Rails Backend Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing a solution that is scalable
- Working very closely with the development team
- Performing idea generation, design, prototyping, planning, execution, and shipping

- Although this position is remote we would need you to be comfortable working in a GMT+2 time zone (Madrid, Spain)
- Strong understanding of virtualization and network administration
- Solid experience with relational databases and NoSQL, handling very large datasets (millions of rows)
