Job Summary
A retail company is filling a position for a Virtual Senior Salesforce Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Effectively acting as the liaison between our users, vendors and internal application development teams
- Serving as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com Service Cloud environment
- Handling all administrative functions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Chatbot
- Experience taking projects from initial concept through planning and implementation
- Strong research and analytical skills with working knowledge in generating reports
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator working in Service Cloud, Community Cloud and/or Einstein bots
- Knowledge and experience of application administration and configuration specific to Salesforce
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
