A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Senior Scientific Recruiter in Philadelphia.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Utilizing creative sourcing techniques and network with active consultants
- Maintaining relationships with candidates and customers to build knowledge of needs and opportunities
- Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High Volume recruiting experience
- Proven success in placing Scientific professionals
- Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques
- Knowledge of state and federal laws as they pertain to hiring
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet recruiting tools
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a similar science
