Job Summary

A cloud consultancy has a current position open for a Virtual Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Advise clients on best practice within the ServiceNow platform to create lasting value and enhanced experiences
  • Collaborate effectively with virtual team members to achieve project goals and produce a variety of high-quality deliverables

Qualifications Include:

  • 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow
  • HR Business experience - ability to talk and interact with non-technical business users
  • Ability to coach, guide and mentor junior resources
  • Apply HR best practices to configurations
  • Knowledge of the HR Architecture and experience developing in scoped applications
  • Skilled in web services for HR Integrations
