Job Summary

An educational services provider is filling a position for a Senior Software Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Perform Java and J2EE based web development
  • Implement, maintain, and document high-quality applications
  • Lead and coordinate software development with other teams

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of Java and J2EE based web development experience using application servers
  • Experience in building Java/Web applications using open source frameworks
  • Experience with light-weight and/or Agile, test-driven development methodologies
  • SQL experience and knowledge of Oracle, SQL server and/or other databases
  • Experience with the entire software lifecycle -
  • Able to work as Development Lead on projects
