Job Summary
Customer success platform is filling a position for a Virtual Senior Solution Architect.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interact with both technical and non-technical customers, attain relevant technical and business requirements, analyze information and designs comprehensive solutions
- Develop detailed configuration specifications documentation targeted to technical consultants
- Manage customer communications, conflicts, and negotiations related to overall solutions design
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Four year college degree (Business, Computer Information Systems, or similar degree preferred) or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency
- Strong aptitude toward communicating complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids
- Ability to conceptualize and design sophisticated wireframes, workflows, and diagrams
- Excellent presentation skills and verbal and written communication skills with technical, non-technical, end-user, and executive audiences
- Experience developing SQL and experience with a RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server
- Familiarity with server side web development design languages, scripting tools, and protocols such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, HTTP, CSS, XSLT, AJAX, JQuery
