Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Virtual Senior Technical Account Manager in Philadelphia.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being the focal point for company related issues from the customer perspective
- Assisting with deployments, expansions, transitions etc. of the company's platform
- Raising product related issues that should be looked at by the company's team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Will spend at least 4/5 of the time at the customer's offices while working the rest remotely
- Deep hands on experience with advanced Linux administration
- A thorough understanding of network protocols and basic troubleshooting on network devices
- Scripting fluent in at least one language, preferably Python
- Experience with API integration
- Experience with scale out open source messaging, logging, monitoring and NoSQL
