Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Virtual Senior Technical Account Manager in Philadelphia.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being the focal point for company related issues from the customer perspective
  • Assisting with deployments, expansions, transitions etc. of the company's platform
  • Raising product related issues that should be looked at by the company's team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Will spend at least 4/5 of the time at the customer's offices while working the rest remotely
  • Deep hands on experience with advanced Linux administration
  • A thorough understanding of network protocols and basic troubleshooting on network devices
  • Scripting fluent in at least one language, preferably Python
  • Experience with API integration
  • Experience with scale out open source messaging, logging, monitoring and NoSQL
