Job Summary

A customer experience consulting and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Senior Technical Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Diagnose reported issues through root cause analysis
  • Respond to requests received
  • Mentor and assist Associate and Technical Consultants

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of technical support experience including knowledge of Genesys' PureConnect and PureCloud and troubleshooting skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer networks, integrations, and Windows Operating systems
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
