Job Summary
A customer experience consulting and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Senior Technical Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Diagnose reported issues through root cause analysis
- Respond to requests received
- Mentor and assist Associate and Technical Consultants
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of technical support experience including knowledge of Genesys' PureConnect and PureCloud and troubleshooting skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer networks, integrations, and Windows Operating systems
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
