Job Summary
A provider of cloud file services is filling a position for a Virtual Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participate in rotating after hours and weekend support schedule
- Remotely troubleshoot and resolve complex product and customer environment issues
- Provide in depth technical resolutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of customer facing, technical support or supporting enterprise storage customers
- Data storage, backup and/or archiving expertise
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- Technical expertise in: Linux, Unix, VMWare, Windows Server, Networking, NFS, CIFS, iSCSI
