Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Senior Technical Writer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing training materials, implementation guides, migration guides, best practices
  • Authoring and editing technical blog posts and whitepapers
  • Editing content contributed by engineering and the field

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years technical writing experience
  • Experience documenting SDKs, APIs, and similar tools
  • Experience with Programming languages/APIs (Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, C#/.NET, etc.)
  • Proven ability to build a culture of documentation within a company
  • Proficiency in version control (preferably git)
