Job Summary
A translation and professional services company is seeking a Virtual Senior Technology Deployment Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop and implement communication strategies for global use for both internal and external users
- Develop and implement training strategies for global use for both internal and external users
- Develop and implement technology change management strategies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in designing and/or implementing technology solutions and ability to define opportunities to automate processes
- 5-10 relevant years' experience and/or prior experience in a Localization Management position
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to coach, motivate, guide, train and model for a group
- Experience working with remote teams and off-shore resources effectively
- Ability to successfully identify potential problems and risk factors, and propose innovative solutions
- Ability to make independent decisions with effective judgment
